2.撰寫.維護及更新技術文件(如:Service Guide.SOP.維修手冊..等).
3.產品維修或客戶端問題排除.
4.客戶服務(包含國內外Email/電話回覆.紀錄.追蹤.分析及客訴工廠).
5.製作品質報告.紀錄分析及追蹤品質問題.
6.協助處理國外代理商料件訂單.
7.代理商維修中心及維修人員認證管理.
8.協助規劃與管理分公司及辦事處客戶服務體系及制度.
9.客戶端不良品重工.
10.客戶端產品進貨檢驗.
11.問券調查(如:應用調查.客戶滿意度調查.代理商滿意度調查..等).
12.更新及維護技術支援網頁.

Support Account team on Pre-sales initiatives where a more technical background is required
-Support Global PM team to manage implementation of customer projects
-Analyzing, manipulating and understanding client information and data
-Liaising with other departments to gather information and resolve issues
-Provide effective communication across the entire Project team and into the client organization
-Report regularly to senior management on project progress against major milestones, together with any major anticipated issues on timeframe, scope, or budget
-Assist QA members as and when required, to test all assets within the application and conduct driving testing locally

-Experience of programming, working on a Technical Support or FAE role will be a plus
-Application experience on Windows Mobile, WinCE, Linux, Symbian is a plus
-Understanding of software development methodologies, familiar with C++ and Java is a plus
-Understanding of portable electronic devices, GPS technology, and mobile phones preferred
-Prior technical product development experience, preferably gained in a software or hardware environment
-Proven capability and learning agility
-Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
-Ability to work independently with leadership directives
-Ability to multitask and organize priorities
-Ability to work under pressure and cope with a continually changing environment
-Proactive and essentially a customer-focused approach
-Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to deal with all levels within the organization
-Rigorous attention to detail
-Some overseas travel may be involved
-Full driving license required
